Our legitimate interest consists in the fact that the candidate, has independently chosen to use our platform to gain access to and apply for a position, and it is necessary for us to process the data in order to let the recruiter consider the candidate for the position.
The picture is taken for the purpose of verifying the identification of the person taking the test. The picture will be deleted immediately after the recruitment process. Therefore, it is our assessment that this can be processed on the basis of GDPR art. 6 (1)(f).
Personal data are fully anonymised after the job posting expires.
Anonymisation is done by deleting names, contact information and IP addresses so that no physical person can be connected to the test results which are stored.
The picture taken of the candidate during the personality test is deleted immediately after the recruitment process is over.

We perform personality tests on our applicants. In this regard a snapshot picture will be taken of the applicant while taking the personality test. Furthermore, we collect publicly available information via the candidate’s social media, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn.

You have the rights as described below which you can exercise by contacting us at the above contact information. Your request will be answered free of charge, as soon as possible and no later than one month after receipt, however, up to two months if necessary due to the complexity or number of the request.
